Where do you ship, and is it really free?

We ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and usually arrive within 7–14 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, and you can follow it on our order tracking page.

What if it's not right for me?

You have 30 days from delivery to return it. If the item arrives faulty, damaged or wrong, we cover the return. For other returns, the return shipping is on you. Email support@viktools.com to start, and please wait for our reply with instructions before sending anything back.

What currency will I pay in?

All prices are in US dollars (USD). If your card is in another currency, your bank converts it at its own rate.
